INTRO TO WORSHIP

GREETINGS & WELCOME

CALL TO WORSHIP
You have heard what was written about Jesus in Scripture,
how He would suffer and die
and then rise from the dead on the third day;
how the same power that raised Jesus from the dead
raised Him to heaven and seated Him at the right hand of God,
where He now lives to intercede on our behalf.
So, let us come before God with confidence,
through the loving intercession of our risen Lord,
Jesus Christ!

DEDICATION
Holy Father, we desire to be sanctified in Your grace like the disciples whom Jesus commissioned with Your word. We do not want to squander our lives and resources on meaningless consumption. Open our hearts and our hands to respond to giving appeals in a generous manner. Give us the courage to embrace a lifestyle centered in Your teaching, rather than one dictated by marketing trends or unhealthy spending habits. We offer You these gifts as an act of responding to You in faith. Amen.
