CALL TO WORSHIP

From the moment we are awake to face the day ahead You are with us, through good times and bad Your presence is enough for our needs. When fear and worry try to burden us with lies, Your word cleanses our minds. Every day we will praise You, and extol Your name forever. In Jesus name, Amen.

Father in heaven, it is You who spoke this world into existence. It was Your breathe that gave life to each creature. It was Your imagination that painted landscapes and formed nature that surrounds us. You are our God. We belong to You, as much as You belong to us. We are Your children and You are our father in heaven. Praise be to God. Amen

A few sayings to put a smile on your face in the midst of our long Maritime Winters:
• Even on gray winter days, we have SON-SHINE!
• Jesus loves you SNOW MUCH!
• Kindness is like snow, it beautifies everything it covers.
• On a positive note, there aren’t any mosquitos!
• God loves you snow much, weather you like it or not
• To all those people who sang, “Let it Snow” back in December; happy now?
• I love when it gets dark at 5 PM – said no one ever!
