GREETINGS & WELCOME
CALL TO WORSHIP
We gather together
in the name of the One who bids us come.
We gather together
to hear the words of the One who is Love.
We gather together
to sing praises of the One who teaches peace.
Come, let us worship!
OPENING HYMN
“Hear Us as We Pray”
OPENING PRAYER
Lord, we’re in need of Your peace and truth to soothe our hearts and spirits right now and every day.
When we find ourselves awake in the middle of the night,
our pressing needs and worries can feel overwhelming.
We need to be reminded of Your constant
love, healing, and grace today.
We ask in Jesus’ name for
Your Mighty Power to surround us. Amen

DEDICATION
Gracious and Holy God,
accept what we offer today:
our cheques and cash, our faltering steps,
our brokenness, our leftovers,
our hope, our risking, our lives.
Bless and transform all that we offer
and all that we hold back,
that new life may be ours,
to celebrate and share in Jesus’ name. Amen

Our Church News
PRINCE PLACE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING – There will be a Board of Directors Meeting for Prince Place on Monday, August 30th, at 6 PM, at the Church Centre.
PATH TO GREEN – As mentioned previously, we will continue to recommend that masks be worn when entering and exiting the church building and if desired, removed when seated. The offering will continue to be placed in the plates located inside the sanctuary, the seating with distancing will also remain for now and we encourage the use of hand sanitizer when entering the church. As we navigate our way back to normalcy, we want to ensure our members stay safe and healthy. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
LIVESTREAMING – As promised we will resume our livestreaming today using our new equipment! It is our hope to enhance this experience for all who join us. Let’s spread the word that we are livestreaming our worship services; invite your friends to ‘like’ and ‘follow’ us on FaceBook! Feel free to ‘share’ our livestreaming posts with all your friends and let’s watch our followers grow!
CHURCH GRAND RE-OPENING – As you know Covid is still an ongoing entity that will more than likely remain with us for quite some time. However, with the increasing number of vaccinations, we are moving forward. In light of this, immediately following the worship service on Sunday, September 19th, we are inviting the congregation and Sunday School to a luncheon at the Centre to celebrate the Grand Re-opening of the Church. On the menu is hotdogs, pizza and cookies! Please join us as we gather to fellowship and share in this time together. Note: To err on the side of caution, the food will be served at the windows rather than self served.

I still can’t get to see the Sunday Service on Facebook. I liked the post and watched the video, but it was for June. What am I doing wrong? Can you tell me what to do once I get on Facebook Please. Thanks.
