Weekly Announcements
BIBLE STUDY We know many of you look for new ways to get in the Word of God during the summer months. We will offer Summer Bible study beginning on Tuesday June 4 at 6 PM for seven weeks. If participants would prefer morning studies we will change the meeting time. We’re going to study the entire book of Acts. We hope you’ll join us for Bible study this summer. We always love to see how God uses study in His Word to impact our lives!

SUMMER STUDENT We have received a 7-week grant to hire a student for the summer. Interested students should drop their resume off to the church office by June 10th.

GRADUATES’ BREAKFAST High school graduation is approaching and the Pastoral Care Team is preparing to honour our graduates with the Annual Graduates’ Breakfast, to be held on Sunday, June 9 at 9:30 AM. We need to know who in our congregation is graduating high school so please contact the church office by Friday, May 31 with names. Thank you.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLOSING June 2nd – We will be celebrating the closing of the Sunday school during the 11:00 AM worship service. Immediately following the service the congregation is invited to the center for our Annual Congregational Gathering. On the menu is Pizza, hotdogs and an ice-cream sundae bar.

BAKE SALE on June 2nd. The Sunday school is asking for donations of baked items for a bake sale to take place during the Congregational Gathering. You may drop your baked goodies off at the center before or following the service. The money raised from the sale will be used to purchase the curriculum for the Sunday School.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL We are offering a one-day Vacation Bible School, “Outrigger Island” on Wednesday, June 26th, from 9 am – 2 pm for children ages 4 and up. Please phone the church office to register by June 17.
